Dale has worked for 13 years as a volunteer facilitator at Donovan, teaching workshops in conflict resolution. It was while doing a "Hands of Peace" program that he saw how useful a regular meditation program would be for inmates.
He has practiced meditation for 10 years. He serves as a mediator of teen crimes with the Victim Offender Reconciliation Program (VORP).

Rick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychologist. He is an Assistant Professor in the clinical faculty, Department of Psychiatry, School of Medicine, UCSD. He has been meditating for over 20 years in the Vipassna tradition and teaching meditation for the past eight years.
He focusses his practice on Metta or Loving Kindnes Meditation. |

Seisen has practiced Zen for 25 years and received authorization to teach in the Maezumi/Glassman lineage. She has also trained in non-violent communication and the council technique. She is a member of the Zen Peacemaker Family and the abbot Sweetwater Zen Center located in National City, CA. |
